FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to biotechnology. There are presented strain Enterococcus faecium 8G-1 (NRRL B-50173), strain Enterococcus faecium 8G-73 (NRRL B-50172) and strain Bacillus pumilus 8G-134 (NRRL B-50174) providing the improvement in ruminant's health. Any of the above strains or a combination thereof in a combination with monensin are used to prepare a formulation providing the improvement in ruminant's health. There are also presented versions of the method for the improvement in ruminant's health involving administering the above strains either alone, or in a combination with monensin as well.
