FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to biologically active food additives. The biologically active food additive based on vegetal raw material honey extract contains fresh Krupnaya Alaya breed ashberries extracted with honey at a ratio of ashberries to honey being 1:3 during 14 days in a dark place and is mixed with "Lactusan" lactulose concentrate and malic acid, per 100 kg of the biologically active food additive, kg: honey extract of Krupnaya Alaya breed ashberries -50.0, "Lactusan" lactulose concentrate - 49.75 and malic acid - 0.25.EFFECT: invention allows to produce a biologically active food additive with enhanced biological activity; the biologically active food additive is used for prevention of iodine deficiency, catarrhal and infectious diseases, in case of vitamin deficiencies, kidney diseases, thrombophlebitis, exhaustion and anaemia, digestive disorders and biliation difficulty, for treatment of hypertensive disease, atherosclerosis and as a diuretic, haemostatic and capillary strengthening medicine.3 tbl |
