FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of heating the annealed material in the annealing furnace and the furnace for implementing this method. The method of heating the annealed material in the hood-type annealing furnace with two furnace stands (1, 2), on each of which under the protective muffle (7, 8) the annealed material (3, 4) is placed, and the annealed material (3) subjected to heat treatment in the protective muffle (8) is heated using gaseous coolant directed in the circuit between both protective muffles (7, 8), the heat absorbing annealed material (4) heat-treated in a protective muffle (7) and giving up heat to the heated annealed material (3) in the other protective muffle (8). The coolant flow directed in the circuit flows around both protective muffles (7, 8), while inside the protective muffles the shielding gas circulates. The hood-type annealing furnace for implementing the method comprises two furnace stands on each of which under the protective muffle (7, 8) the annealed material (3, 4) is located, the devices for circulation of the shielding gas corresponding to the protective muffles and the circuit of the gaseous coolant between both protective muffles. The coolant circuit comprises a heat insulating protective chamber (9) covering each of the two protective muffles (7, 8) at a distance from them, at that both heat insulating protective chambers (9) are interconnected downstream to create the coolant circuit.EFFECT: avoidance of surface oxidation of the annealed material during heating.7 cl, 5 dwg |
