The invention is an anti-ballistic cooling vest. Temperature fluctuations with respect to climate affect the ability of an individual to perform tasks, interfere with the level of comfort of that individual and can impact on health. Typical body armor is designed to protect individuals from high energy projectiles, however discomfort in using the body armor can cause the individual to minimize or eliminate its use. The invention regulates an individual's body temperature while providing protection from high energy projectiles.
