FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to biotechnology and immunology. An antibody contains no amino acid substitutes specific for camelids and contains FR2 substitutes not found in the antibodies contains heavy and light chains. The antibody possess a high total hydrophobic nature in CDR1 and contains an extended number of charged amino acids found in CDR3, and contains one or more amino acid substitutes in ?-sheet of a framework region which lead to the higher total hydrophobic nature in FR1 and to the more extended number of the charged amino acids found in FR3.
