FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method of preparing compost in a biofermenter comprises the preparation of the fermented mixture, transferring the mixture into the fermenter with the pressure air ducts, and the subsequent aerobic fermentation of the mixture, and the control over the fermentation process is carried out by non-contact temperature measurement using mobile infrared sensors over the entire surface of the fermented mixture. At that, a linear time schedule of temperature change in the range of from 20°C to 30°C, from 30°C to 60°C and from 60°C to 70°C with a tolerable deviation of ±3°C is provided by supply of air in the system of pressure air ducts of the fermenter to the zones of temperature measurement, and the temperature measurements and the air supply is carried out at intervals of 1-2 hours.EFFECT: invention enables to improve manufacturability of the method and to reduce the time of maturation of the finished product.2 dwg |
