The invention relates to a method of contactless communication between a dual contact (C6) and contactless (CLI) interface NFC card (NFSE), installed in a communication terminal (HD2), and an external NFC device (ED), the terminal comprising an NFC module (NFCC) coupled to the contact interface of the card and comprising a contactless communication interface (AC1), the method comprising the steps of: selection of one or the other of the contact and contactless interfaces of the card, transmission of signals between the card and the NFC device via the selected interface, and, if the contact interface of the card is selected, via the contactless interface (AC1) of the NFC module, and detection, by the card (NFSE), of the presence of the NFC module (NFCC) connected to the contact interface (C6) of said card, the selection of one or the other of the contact and contactless (CLI) interfaces of the card being carried out by the card on the basis of the result of the detection of the presence of the NFC module. |
