摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a micro robot for in vivo drug delivery, to an apparatus for controlling same and to a method for in vivo drug delivery using the robot and the apparatus. More particularly, the micro robot for in vivo drug delivery according to the present invention comprises: a magnetic unit moving by means of an external electromagnetic field; and bubbles attached to the magnetic unit that vibrate by ultrasonic waves to form a micro flow around the bubbles and draw a nearby micro object. According to the present invention, the position control of the micro robot and the capture and release of drugs can be independently performed, thus controlling the position of the micro robot in a more precise manner.</p>
