摘要 The present invention relates to a structure of a stator part for a BLDC fuel pump of a vehicle and, more specifically, to a structure of a stator part for a BLDC fuel pump of a vehicle which has a plurality of partitioned inner cores mutually separated to decrease the existing leakage of magnetic flux; thus increasing the amount of magnetic flux interlinkage and a counter electromotive force compensated for a sharp decrease in magnetic force even if applied with a rotor having an inexpensive magnet (made from 100% ferrite or made of a plastic magnet). As such, the original costs are reduced to at least 50% when compared to an existing expensive magnet (made from 100% rare earth metal) and the function of the motor is compensated and maintained, thereby reducing the original costs of a fuel pump; is capable of sensing the position of the rotor and control the rotor by detecting the increased counter electromotive force using an external controller, thereby excluding the installation of an extra sensor and improve the efficiency of the fuel pump; and is manufactured by inserting six of the partitioned inner cores without variation in a line process while having a structure of an existing stator part, thereby improving the productivity of winding and reducing costs such as investment costs and facility costs.
