摘要 The present invention relates to an assembly structure of an anti-vibration pad for an electric motor. In the assembly structure, first and second anti-vibration pads are installed between the front surface and the rear surface of an electric motor and a support plate. A first contact surface and a second contact surface are stepped at lower portions of the front surface and the rear surface of a housing of the electric motor so that the first and second anti-vibration pads come into contact with the housing. A plurality of first and second support locking holes is formed in the first and second contact surfaces. First and second head positioning holes corresponding to first and second support locking holes are formed in surfaces of the first and second anti-vibration pads so that first and second support bolts are locked with the first and second anti-vibration pads. First and second positioning protrusions are formed along outer peripheral portions of first and second head positioning holes. In the support plate, a front support portion and a rear support portion are formed at front and rear ends of a base plate to protrude upward so that lower portions of front and rear surfaces of the housing of the electric motor make contact with each other. First and second positioning holes are formed at the front support portion and the rear support portion corresponding to positions of the first and second support bolts so that first and second head positioning protrusions of the first and second anti-vibration pads are inserted into the first and second positioning holes, respectively. According to the present invention, the front surface and rear surface of the electric motor come into contact with and are fixed to the support plate so that the first and second anti-vibration pads are installed at a contact portion between the electric motor and the support plate while tightly fixing the front surface and the rear surface of the electric motor to the support plate. Accordingly, it minimizes vibration caused due to the device of the electric motor to be transferred to the support plate so that various tools installed therein with a motor and a support plate are prevented from being broken and a life thereof is prevent from being reduced.
