<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves providing number and pulse characteristic of a measuring pulse in such a manner that a fuel mass is measured out based on an accepted characteristic of an injection valve. A correction value for a cylinder in an internal combustion engine is determined depending on a measuring signal of an exhaust gas sensor, where the measuring signal is representative for an air-fuel ratio in a combustion chamber of the cylinder.
