The present invention relates to a vehicle blower apparatus. More specifically, the vehicle blower apparatus forms an outside air flow changing unit on the inner side surface of a guide duct extended from an outside air inlet to change the flow of the outside air flowing into the guide duct in order to slow down the speed of the flow for reducing the noise generated by the outside air flowing in the narrow space in the outside air inlet in a mode where the outside air inlet is open only by a relatively narrow part, while reinforcing the stiffness of the intake duct by the outside air flow changing unit.
