The present invention relates to an apparatus for recovering food waste using a volume-based waste fee system, wherein food waster or the like such as food leftover generated from groups such as apartments, detached house areas and restaurant areas is recovered while identifying a discharger, recording the discharged amount of the food waste and photographing the scene using a surveillance camera so that adulteration can be discerned and a violator can be informed and guided. A user who has discharged adulteration is informed and guided by detecting adulteration while crushing discharged food waste on the scene so that perfect beforehand separated discharge can be induced to prevent the mixture of adulteration in the food waste. Accordingly, the volume of the food waste is reduced and the food waste is dried to manufacture high-quality feed and fertilizer. In addition, the apparatus for recovering food waste using a volume-based fee system can be installed conveniently near apartment areas or dense restaurant areas as the apparatus has a simple composition and beautiful appearance. |
