The present invention relates to a collapse prevention construction method of slopes and, more specifically, to a collapse prevention construction method of slopes in order to prevent soil of the slopes from being collapsed. The collapse prevention construction method of slopes comprises the steps of wedging and installing a guide pipe to be upwards rather than a horizontal direction in order to guide the direction of a high-speed injection rod of a double-pipe type to be entered; perforating a depth which is needed for soil of the slopes; expanding a cross-section to from fan-shaped space; filling the fan-shaped space with the cross-section; and forming a porous slope activity resistor after removing a filling material injection tube when the charging is completed.
