The present invention relates to a liquid atomizing apparatus. According to the present invention, a liquid is atomized according to the sintering grain size of a sintered filter of the liquid atomizing apparatus when the liquid passes through the sintered filter, the flow rate of the liquid is controlled by controlling the thickness or the length of the hollow sintered filter when the sintered filter is sintered, and the grain size of the liquid passing through the sintered filter is determined by increasing or decreasing the sintering grain size. In addition, the liquid atomizing apparatus has a heat conservation cover on the outer surface thereof to prevent freezing and improve the fluidity of liquid in cold weather, and to prevent the sintered filter from being clogged at low temperatures. Furthermore, the liquid atomizing apparatus has an anti-backflow valve preventing an engine from being stopped, thereby allowing fuel to flow smoothly, wherein the engine is stopped when the fuel is not smoothly supplied by a gas which is spouted to a fuel suction pipe and interrupts the flow of the fuel when the large amount of the fuel is injected by the sudden acceleration of a vehicle or a ship. |
