The present invention provides a perforating device (100) comprising: a casing (110) installed to be rotated; a rod (120) installed at the inner center of the casing (110); a bit (130) installed at the lower end of the rod (120) to spray stabilizer liquid while perforating the ground; and a compaction member (140) installed at the outer side of the casing (110) to inject the stabilizer liquid towards the lower part of a perforating hole so that the perforating hole relative to a riprap layer can be efficiently formed. |
