The present invention relates to a method for preparing polyglucan using mechanochemical ring-opening polymerization of cyclodextrin, and more specifically, a method for preparing polyglucan using mechanochemical ring-opening polymerization of cyclodextrin, the method comprising: a step of preparing a beta-cyclodextrin solution; a step of operating a vibration milling process to the solution; and a step of preparing polyglucan in a powder type by freeze-drying of the milled solution. According to the present invention, polygulcan may be prepared by an environmentally friendly and simple mechanochemical method and polygulcan having various branches and molecular weights may be prepared by changing reaction conditions. |
