The present invention relates to picoalgae having high productivity of lipids and photosynthetic pigments and a preparation method of the picoalgae. The picoalagae of the present invention can be used as an industrially useful high value material because photosynthetic accessory pigments and lipids are high in the body and functional effective components showing antioxidant activity are increased compared to a wild-type strain, and raw materials of biomass can be manufactured in bulk. Also, according to the preparation method of the present invention, a transmutator having improved internal content of the photosynthetic accessory pigments and the lipids can be produced more efficiently, and the transmutator can be manufactured rapidly and economically because detection time demanded for checking the superior transmutator is reduced. |
