The present invention relates to a pickup tool structure for a pickup apparatus of a chip mounter. The pickup tool structure prevents a device from being impacted by a momentary pressing force or a motor to be stopped by being overloaded when the device is attached to a frame after being absorbed by using a pickup tool and enables an absorption head of the pickup tool which directly absorbs the device to be replaced. The pickup tool structure comprises: a vertical moving shaft which is combined with a vertical shaft of a pickup apparatus in the upper part, is vertically combined with the central part of a tool body in the lower part, and forms a vertical absorption hole inside; a bushing bearing which supports the outside of the vertical moving shaft in order to make the outside of the vertical moving shaft movable up and down inside the tool body; a buffer spring which is included between the bushing bearing and the vertical moving shaft; and an absorption head which is combined with the lower part of the tool body and forms an absorption hole, which is connected to the absorption hole of the vertical moving shaft, to be connected to the outside. |
