The present invention relates to novel benzimidazole derivatives, isomers thereof or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. The benzimidazole derivatives, according to the present invention, have selective inhibition activities on JNk, particularly on JNK3;and thereby, can be used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating neurological disorders.
