PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator, an oscillator, an electronic device, and a mobile of a configuration suitable for downsizing.SOLUTION: A vibrator 1 comprises: a substrate 2 in which a first recess 21 provided in a central part on the top face, a second recess 22 provided in a central part on the underside, and a thin part 29 formed by disposing a third recess 27 on the top face in an area enclosed with a through-hole 23 penetrating the central parts on the bottom faces of the first and second recesses 21, 22 and disposing a fourth recess 28 on the underside are integrally formed; a plate-like first lid 31 located inside the first recess 21, joined to a conductive layer 52 provided at an edge of a bottom face 211 of the first recess 21, and having conductivity covering one opening of the through-hole 23; and a plate-like second lid 32 located inside the second recess 22, jointed to a conductive layer 62 provided at an edge of a bottom face 221 of the second recess 22, and having conductivity for covering the other opening of the through-hole 23. |
