A cutting device includes an elongated shaft that extends between a proximal end and a distal end. A distal arm extends from the distal end of the elongated shaft. The distal arm includes an inner surface defining a cavity and an outer surface defining a blunt tip. At least one proximal arm extends from the distal end of the elongated shaft at a position proximal to the distal arm. The at least one proximal arm having an inner surface defines a cavity including a cutting portion configured to cut tissue.

1. A device for enlarging the diameter of a hole in tissue:
an elongated shaft extending between a proximal end and a distal end and including an outer surface; a stylet disposed within the elongated shaft, the stylet being configured to retractably extend out of the elongated shaft so as to contact tissue; and a cutting portion disposed on a portion of the outer surface of the elongated shaft, the cutting portion configured to cut tissue as the shaft is inserted into the tissue so as to enlarge the diameter of the hole in the tissue.
