A complimentary steering system is also described herein. An apparatus comprising a first set of components, comprising: a first belt-pulley-arm (BPA), comprising a first end, a second end, a central region, a long axis, a short axis, and a first gear, wherein the first gear is housed within and rotationally attached to a region near the second end of the BPA, and the axis of rotation of the gear is substantially perpendicular to the long axis of the BPA; a first geared-hub-arm (GHA), comprising a first end, a second end, a central region, and one or more first GHA gears housed within the first GHA, wherein one of the first GHA gears comprises a first drive shaft which is configured to interact with a first wheel of a vehicle; a first upper triangulated arm (UTA), comprising a first end, a second end, a central region, a long axis, and a short axis, wherein the second end of the first UTA is configured to attach to a chassis of the vehicle; and a first belt; wherein (1) the first end of the first BPA is pivotally attached to the central region of the first GHA; (2) the first end of the first UTA is pivotally attached to the first end of the first GHA; (3) the first belt circumscribes the long axis of the first BPA, and is configured to simultaneously interact with the first gear of the first BPA and one or more first GHA gears of the first GHA, thereby associating rotational motion between said gears.
