In the present invention, a third housing part (6) is provided with rotation rail parts (13a, 13b) having first and second rotation obstruction walls (14a, 14b), and a first housing part (4) is provided with first and second rotation-control lock parts (11a, 11b). In one direction of rotation, the first rotation-control lock part (11a) passes over the first rotation obstruction wall (14a) and allows rotation, and in the other direction of rotation the first rotation-control lock part (11a) is unable to pass over and obstructs rotation of 180 degrees or more. In the one direction of rotation, the second rotation-control lock part (11b) is unable to pass over the second rotation obstruction wall (14b) and obstructs rotation at a rotation position of 180 degrees, and in the other direction of rotation the second rotation-control lock part (11b) passes over and allows rotation. |
