The present invention also relates to a method for isolating bioactive fractions that are derived from fruit juices and are free or substantially free of protein and patulin. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing a bioactive fractions derived from fruit juices that are stabilized and are either free of or substantially free of patulin and protein.</p> |
