PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier that has a stabilized operating point.SOLUTION: A first differential pair 10 includes a first transistor M1 and a second transistor M2. A first current source 12 supplies a current to the first differential pair 10. A third transistor M3 is cascode-connected to the first transistor M1. A fourth transistor M4 is cascode-connected to the second transistor M2. A transconductance circuit 32 converts a drain voltage of the first transistor M1 to a first current I1, and converts a drain voltage of the second transistor M2 to a second current I2. A current mirror circuit 34 multiplies by a predetermined factor and folds back the first current I1 and the second current I2 from the transconductance circuit 32 to generate a third current I3 and a fourth current I4, respectively. A bias circuit 36 includes a first diode D1 and a second diode D2 disposed on paths for the third current I3 and the fourth current I4, respectively. |
