Sub-control means includes putout control means, and includes an external relay terminal board capable of externally outputting information on the number of winning balls, and type setting means capable of setting switch information indicating distinction on whether information on the number of balls to be put out is a scheduled number of winning balls to be put out or an actual number of winning balls that have been put out.
