PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a human error when inputting information received off an electronic business operation system into the business operation system.SOLUTION: A system managing information received by a FAX or an e-mail is configured to: store received information in a storage medium as task information; acquire a determination result of a service to input the task information of a plurality of services of a cooperation object; refer to service master information including a transmission destination of information for inputting information and a format of information to be transmitted as to the plurality of services; transmit the task information and information generated according to the format of the information to be transmitted on the basis of a determination result of the service to input the information; and store information relating to a history of an exchange of the information with the service of the cooperation object. |
