PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic image distribution system that is able to decrease codes without degrading the quality of a decoded image.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a dynamic image distribution system comprising: a dynamic image coding device configured to generate dynamic image data coded into a frame unit; and a dynamic image decoding device configured to decode dynamic image data supplied from the dynamic image coding device. The dynamic image coding device comprises: means for forming an estimated image for non-key frame by using a key frame; means for comparing the value of each parameter indicating an estimated image for the non-key frame and the value of each parameter indicating the original image of the non-key frame, and for forming an updated original image by selecting the value of the estimated image or original image for each block; and means for generating an error correction code for correcting an error in the updated original image for the non-key frame. |
