摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress sense of idle running due to torque loss during the time of shift control, while having advantage in a loading aspect by suppressing upsizing of systems.SOLUTION: A shift control device of hybrid vehicle includes an engine 1, a motor/generator 4, a gear type multi-stage transmission 2 in which shift operation is automated, a start clutch 3, and a shift control means (Fig. 7). The motor/generator 4 is configured in which power running and regeneration are possible to the driving force transfer system from a crankshaft 15 of the engine 1 to a transmission input shaft 21 of the gear type multi-stage transmission 2 through the start clutch 3. The sift control means (Fig. 7) which, while making the start clutch 3 hold the fastening torque capacity for a shift command, performs a clutch opening control of the dog clutch mechanism 24, an engine rotation synchronous control due to the regenerative control or the power running control of the motor/generator 4, and a clutch fastening control to the dog clutch mechanism 24 to select a shift stage after shifting in an engine rotation synchronization state in which the rotation number Ne of the engine 1 attains to a target engine rotation number after shifting.
