1. A computer-implemented method for estimating one or more positions of one or more receivers, the method comprising:
identifying a plurality of estimated altitudes corresponding to a plurality of historical positions of the one or more receivers in a building; and identifying a height for each of a plurality floors in the building based on the plurality of estimated altitudes.
