wherein the microcapsule-based pigment is produced from a water-based emulsion and is combined with an emulsifier in an effective amount to have provided the mean by volume particle size diameter of less than one micron in the water-based emulsion, the microencapsulated pigment being in a dewatered state to a concentration of from 5% to 35% moisture.
