The purpose of the present invention is to solve problems pertaining to the interphase insulation structure for a conventional cylindrical motor: there is a need for a structure for burying a wire in a cylindrical magnetic body; the shape of a stator becomes complicated; and a size in an entire motor is increased. At least one insulating paper (7) is inserted into a gap between a cylindrical coil and wires (4 - 6) across the same phases of the cylindrical coil to facilitate attachment and to ensure avoiding interphase contact between the cylindrical coil and the wire when arranging a plurality of cylindrically wound coils in parallel with each other in the axial direction. The insulating paper (7) has a notch (78) formed from the contour of the insulating paper (7), and an aperture (79) formed along the extension of the notch (78) with a prescribed opening. The insulating paper (7) is prevented from falling out of a motor by storing the wires (4 - 6) inside the aperture (79).
