PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation ladder device safe and easy to use even in the dark, by installing an illumination on a proper position of a ladder unit.SOLUTION: An evacuation ladder device has a ladder unit 11 for evacuation which can be installed on a railway vehicle. The ladder unit 11 includes: support members 13 arranged mutually in parallel, for supporting a lifting step 12 along which a passenger ascends and descends on both side parts; and rod-like handrail members 14 arranged mutually in parallel on upper positions of the support members 13. On the support members 13, a lower illuminator 20 is arranged, which has a plurality of lights 21 at intervals along the length direction. |
