PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film manufacturing system which controls the physical properties of coating liquid which changes with the lapse of time to produce the optical film stably.SOLUTION: The optical film manufacturing system 1 includes a distribution device 107 which distributes coating liquid containing the macromolecule, a coating device 110 which coats the coating liquid distributed by the distribution device 107 on a base material 300 conveyed, a detecting device 113 which detects the state of an optical film made by coating the coating liquid on the base material 300, and a control device 115 which determines presence or absence of a failure shape on the optical film based on the detection result from the detecting device 113, so as to control the distribution power due to the distribution device 107, based on the characteristics of the failure shape when the failure shape is presence. |
