PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the evaporation time of ink dispersion fluid, improve production efficiency, and reduce cost.SOLUTION: As shown in Figure 1a), ink 14 made of nano-metal particles 12 and tetradecane dispersion fluid 13 is drawn on a polyimide film substrate 11 by an ink jet head. Then, as shown in Figures 1b) and c), an absorption member 15 made of silicone rubber is moved toward the substrate 11, and the absorption member 15 is made to come in contact with the ink 14. At this time, at the moment of contact, the dispersion fluid 13 of the ink 14 is absorbed in and dispersed to the absorption member 15 (part indicated by a code 10 in the figure). Because the silicone rubber forms a molecular structure, the nano-metal particles cannot penetrate between molecules. In addition, because the silicone rubber has large surface tension, it has low wettability, and when the absorption member 15 is broken away from the substrate, the nano-metal particles 12 can be kept behind on the substrate 11. |
