PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED illumination light filter and an LED illumination device, capable of avoiding a risk such as retina damage due to blue light while keeping LED illumination light in a white color state.SOLUTION: An LED illumination light filter 5 included in an LED illumination device 1 reduces the lower limit of a light transmittance in a wavelength range of 450-485 nm by 15-40% by reducing the peak value of light emitting strength generated in the wavelength range of 450-485 nm in LED illumination light by 30-60%; wholly reduces a light transmittance in a wavelength range of 380-500 nm; and makes a light transmittance in a wavelength of at least 600 nm into 90% or more.
