1. An antenna, the characteristics of the transmitted signal of which are modulated by a source of liquid such that when liquid from the source is released onto said antenna the liquid will contact and cover a least portion of the antenna sufficient to modulate or otherwise alter the signal being transmitted by the antenna, whereby the modulated or otherwise altered signal from the antenna will inform a device receiving the signal from the antenna that a change has occurred in the status of an entity previously identified by the signal-receiving device with the prior, un-modulated signal transmitted to it from said antenna. |
