<p>The invention relates to a capacitive mechanical-stress sensor (10) comprising a first electrode (12) having a first main face (14) and a segment (16) of a certain thickness (E), a second electrode (18) having a second main face (20) disposed facing the first main face (14) of the first electrode (12), a flexible dielectric medium (22) extending between the first main face (14) of the first electrode (12) and the second main face (20) of the second electrode (18), and means (24, 26) for measuring a capacitance at the terminals of the two electrodes (12, 18). The second electrode (18) comprises a flange (28) extending along the periphery of the second main face (20) around the segment (16) of the first electrode (12) over only part (h0) of its thickness (E) in the rest position of the flexible dielectric medium (22).</p> |
