A method of processing information obtained from Cogeneration and Trigeneration systems serving commercial and residential applications to trend, affect maintenance decisions of the mechanical infrastructure and predict malfunctions in the mechanical infrastructure. The present invention relates to the field of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) for Cogeneration (thermal and electric) and Trigeneration (thermal, electric and cooling) systems serving commercial and residential applications.
