PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a location affected by abnormality in service communication while suppressing an increase in a packet matching load.SOLUTION: A switch/link communication confirmation function unit 523 acquires a packet statistic of a device port, detects abnormality in switch communication on the basis of the packet statistic, and detects abnormality in link communication. A service communication confirmation function unit 524 acquires, from the switch/link communication confirmation function unit 523, information about the switch/link for which abnormality was detected, and, by using information about the path of each service, specifies a service in communication abnormality which is communicated via the switch/link for which abnormality was detected. |
