PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food processing equipment that facilitates attachment/detachment of a nozzle device and a shutter device to/from a driving part and that makes washing by jet water possible, concerning food processing equipment for meat products and also buns, sweet rolls or the like.SOLUTION: The food processing equipment comprises: a nozzle device for continuously extruding rod-like food dough; and a shutter device that has a plurality of shutter pieces and that divides the rod-like dough into divided dough by opening/closing a shutter opening which is formed with the surrounding shutter pieces. A vertically penetrated communicative hole is provided in a box-shaped driving box in which a rotary driving mechanism of the shutter device is incorporated, with the nozzle device inserted from above into the communicative hole and provided in a prescribed position fixedly as necessary and in a manner freely attachably/detachably relative to the upper face of the driving box. The plurality of shutter pieces of the shutter device are arranged in the lower part of the driving box, in a manner freely attachably/detachably on the shutter rotary shaft which is connected to the rotary driving mechanism without being vertically moved relative to the driving box. |
