PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to perform an operation for each user terminal, and to reduce the labor of a user by making it possible to perform the end batch operation of a plurality of user terminals.SOLUTION: A facility management device 1 includes: operation information reception means 14 for receiving operation information to a monitoring screen notified by a user terminal 2; and operation information notification information 15 for, when the operation information is received by the operation information reception means 14, notifying the user terminal 2 other than a transmission source of the operation information. The user terminal 2 includes: operation execution means 24 for executing an operation by a user to the monitoring screen; operation information notification means 25 for notifying the facility management device 1 of the operation information indicating the operation executed by the operation execution means 24; operation information reception means 26 for receiving the operation information notified by the facility management device 1; and end batch operation execution means 27 for, when the operation information is received by the operation information reception means 26, executing an operation indicated by the operation information. |
