PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly diagnose abnormality such as clogging of a filter provided to a fuel supply system for supplying gas fuel to an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A fuel supply system comprises: a gas tank 42 for storing gas fuel in a high-pressure state; a first injection valve 21 for injecting the gas fuel; a pressure control valve 60 for adjusting injection pressure to be decreased; a shut-off valve 45 provided in a high-pressure passage 51 and having a blocking function for blocking distribution of the gas fuel; and a filter 54 for removing foreign matters provided in a low-pressure passage 52. A control part 80 switches the shut-off valve 45 into a valve-opening state when fuel is injected by the first injection valve 21 while the shut-off valve 45 is closed, and then, diagnoses abnormality such as clogging of the second filter 54 on the basis of fuel pressure detected by a low-pressure sensor 47 when fuel pressure in the high-pressure passage 51 nearer a downstream side than the shut-off valve 45 becomes not less than a predetermined value.
