PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method for predicting efficacy of treating patients with lung cancer, particularly NSCLC patients with EGFR-TKI resistance, and to provide a screening method for a lung cancer therapeutic agent.SOLUTION: It is found that when BIM in the sample derived from NSCLC patients with EGFR-TKI resistance is a non-wild type, although a single administration of EGFR-TKI (epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors) shows a low efficacy of treatment, a combined administration of EGFR-TKI with a histone deacetylation enzyme inhibitor, or docetaxel shows high efficacy of treatment, which results in completing the prediction inspection method and the screening method of the invention. |
