This invention relates to a system their manufacturing technologies for enhanced endoscopic diagnosis. More particularly, this invention is related to endoscope capsule system, which may increase its operating time as high as 80 hours, and may reduce the size of the capsule system. Furthermore, the diagnosis procedure using the capsule system may be applicable to all patients with various age groups, where capsule size and large set of images for accuracy in diagnosis, are required.

a capsule shell,
wherein said capsule shell has an inner surface and an outer surface; a first energy harvester,
wherein said energy harvester is designed to harvest energy in the infrared spectrum; a power management system; an image sensor array,
wherein said image sensor array is designed to sense broad spectrum of radiations; at least one lens,
wherein at least one said lens is designed to focus radiation onto said image sensor array; a transmitter; and an antenna.
