[Solution] An information processing device is equipped with: a history storage unit that stores, as user communication histories, the history of communications with user terminals via the internet pertaining to the purchase of a product; and an arrival notification unit which, in accordance with an increase in the inventory of a product, quantifies the degree of desire to purchase the product on a user-by-user basis, on the basis of the user communication histories stored in the history storage unit, and which creates a priority ranking of multiple users on the basis of the quantified degree of desire to purchase the product, and issues a notice of the arrival of the product to the user terminals of the multiple users in accordance with the priority ranking. |
