<p>The present invention is an imaging device, and in particular is a special camera for automatically overlaying identity information on an identification photo. Personal identity information, time of photo, local police station name and other such information can be selectively bound to and overlaid on a personal identification photo collected by means of the invention, and the identification photo to which the personal identity information is bound and overlaid is printed in real time. The imaging method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting a photo of a face; (2) registering the personal identity information corresponding to the photo, and then comparing and extracting; (3) selecting the personal identity information to be bound to and overlaid on the photo; and (4) printing the identification photo having the overlaid personal identity information. The invention overcomes single-mode cameras of the prior art that do not involve information overlay and, for the first time, sets forth the binding and overlaying of various personal identity information on an identity photo. By means of linkage to a public security identification database, the invention allows for the overlay of personal identity information on an identification photo. Upon each collection of a real-time update to identification photo information in the public security identification database, the status of said photo is rendered updated and the old identification photo is archived.</p> |
