A heavy chain variable region of the genetic engineering antibody contains amino acid sequences shown by SEQ ID NO. 1, SEQ ID NO. 2, and SEQ ID NO. 3, or a light chain variable region of the genetic engineering antibody contains amino acid sequences shown by SEQ ID NO. 4, SEQ ID NO. 5, and SEQ ID NO. 6. The present invention further provides an anti-Blys monoclonal antibody, generated by a cell line with a preservation number being CGMCC No.7352.
