The present invention relates to a system for controlling the amount of purified water for an electrodeionization-type water purifier wherein an electrodeionization-type filter can operate in a mode for purifying tap water or can operate in a mode for removing pollutants adsorbed to the electrodeionization-type filter. The system for controlling the amount of purified water for an electrodeionization-type water purifier according to a desirable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first-type filter module operating in one mode among the filtering mode for filtering tap water using the electrodeionization-type filter and the regeneration mode for removing pollutants adsorbed to the electrodeionization-type filter; a second-type filter module operating in a mode different from the mode of the first-type filter module; a flow rate adjustment valve for changing the amount of purified water, which is the flow rate of purified water discharged from the filter module operating in the filtering mode among the filter modules, and the ratio of a regeneration amount, which is the flow rate of regenerated water discharged from the filter module operating in the regeneration mode; and a control part for controlling the ratio of the amount of purified water to the regeneration amount by adjusting the flow rate adjustment valve according to the concentration of the tap water.
